Professor of University at the School of Computer Systems Engineering of the UPM, where since 1994 he teaches subjects related to information security.

Author of the Electronic Book of Computer Security and Cryptography, freely distributed on the Internet, whose sixth edition v4.1 exceeds 160 thousand downloads. Creator in 1999 of Criptored and its projects

Associates: intypedia, Crypt4you, Thoth, MESI, and the CIBSI and TIBETS congresses. Dedicated especially to cryptography, he is a visiting professor in various graduate programs in Spain and Latin America. Editor of more than 200 educational videos on YouTube, which have a million and a half visits. In the last 5 years he has received four awards for the dissemination of information security.

Since 2016 he has been a professor in the University Master's Degree in Computer Security at the International University of La Rioja, UNIR.
