¿What is it?

Are you interested in Cibersecurity but don’t know where you may start learning about it? Have you ever wanted to protect your website from hackers? Or how to do a computer forensic analysis?

If so, we suggest you to come to our Cibersecurity Initiation Workshops. There, you will receive a basic training about different cibersecurity topics. The workshops combine technical basics with practical training and will be given by a cibersecurity professional.

IMPORTANT: All the workshops are given in Spanish.

When and where?


If you couldn't attend our workshops at the CyberCamp, or you want to see again any of them, all the workshops are on-line. For each workshop you can watch its videos, download the presentacion and see useful links for further information.


The workshops will be given at a classroom for 30 people located at our CyberCamp 2016 Marquee.

  • My computer is a zombie

    Viruses, worms, trojans ... can be pasted into our computer and perform malicious actions, or turn our computer into a zombie and an attacker use it for their own benefit. Here you will know how malware works, how botnets work - webs of zombie computers - and also how to protect yourself.

  • Secure website programming

    Any website is susceptible to attack, so it is important that the pages are not only visually attractive, but also developed and designed in a secure way. Here we will show you how to do it in a practical way.

  • Espionage and ciber-vigilance

    Spying and counterintelligence has existed for many years, however, with the emergence of new technologies the techniques used have changed to adapt to the digital age. We explain some of the spying techniques that exist and also how to protect you.

  • Windows Forensics

    When an incident occurs in which a digital device is involved, how can information be obtained to find out what has happened? We explain to you what information is needed in a forensic analysis and how it should be recovered.

Who is this for?

The workshops are aimed at people who have basic computer knowledge and want to introduce in cibersecurity.

The only requirements to participate are:

  • Be over 15 years of age
  • Have basic computer level

Although the assistance is opened to everybody who meets the requirements afore mentioned, the workshops are mainly focused to:

  • Upper-secondary students with a computer subject
  • Studients in New technologies vocational education
  • Studients on a university degree related to New technologies
  • Professionals who are working in new technologies and want to have a brief introduction on different cibersecurity topics
  • Teachers of technical subjets related to new technologies
